pkrok Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between pkrok ("pkrok", "we", "us", "the Platform") and you, the individual accessing or using the pkrok platform ("Player", "you", "your").

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion database or programme that would make your participation on the pkrok platform improper.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information pkrok requests for verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

pkrok reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on pkrok. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Once your pkrok account is active, you accept the following ongoing obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pkrok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify pkrok immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• You must keep your registered personal information accurate and up to date at all times. Notify pkrok promptly of any changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment details.
• You must not share your account with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use any other person's account.
• You must not access pkrok using automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• You accept that pkrok may, at its reasonable discretion, impose limits on your account activity including deposit limits, wager limits, or session restrictions for responsible gaming or security purposes.

pkrok employs two-factor authentication via Pakistani mobile numbers as an optional security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to protect their PKR balance and personal information.

pkrok supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified local payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by pkrok.

Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are reflected in your pkrok wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating institution. Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on the same account. pkrok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing may receive same-day processing for withdrawals submitted before the daily cut-off time.

Anti-Money Laundering: pkrok operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. pkrok reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal or in respect of any account showing unusual transaction patterns. Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pkrok promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.

pkrok's Black Diamond VIP programme operates on separate terms communicated directly to qualifying players by their assigned personal manager. General promotions and public bonus offers are distinct from VIP-tier exclusive rewards.

All games and sports betting markets available on pkrok are governed by the individual rules of each game or market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pkrok uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of all game outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrok platform:

• Registering more than one account on pkrok, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your pkrok account.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the pkrok platform.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, gain an advantage, or extract data.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pkrok systems for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pkrok immediately rather than utilised.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkrok staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of pkrok's platform, software, or proprietary content.

pkrok is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all Pakistani player interactions. Gambling on pkrok is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. It is not a means of generating income and should never be treated as such.

pkrok provides the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account settings:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the pkrok platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any gambling losses arising from your use of the platform, which are acknowledged and accepted as an inherent risk of participation.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system outages beyond pkrok's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pkrok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pkrok account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
• Any conduct that pkrok reasonably determines is harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, pkrok reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including winnings derived from activity that constituted the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkrok support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

pkrok is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pkrok platform, please follow the process below:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint to pkrok's 24/7 customer support team with a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and any supporting information. Contact details are available in Section 15 of these Terms.
2. Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may escalate it in writing to pkrok's complaints handling team, requesting a formal review. pkrok will acknowledge formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days.
3. Resolution: pkrok's decision following a formal review shall be communicated in writing. Where the complaint relates to a game outcome, pkrok's RNG certification and game logs shall be considered the authoritative record.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pkrok will not consider complaints raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances.

pkrok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkrok will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the pkrok platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pkrok.net/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pkrok platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the pkrok platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrok holds its internationally recognised gaming authorisation.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the pkrok platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. pkrok makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for assessing the legality of their participation under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
